One of the most common and important questions we hear from patients is, “do you take my insurance?” We work with all insurance companies and plans whether you have in-network or out-of-network benefits. The type of coverage you have will depend on the benefits specific to your individual or group plan. Our staff will verify your benefits and coverage, help to answer any questions you may have, and coordinate all insurance billing for you. If you have an insurance plan not listed here, we can still see you in our office.  We work with several plans to maximize your available benefits, and offer you the most affordable options for care. 
 

 What If I Do Not Have Insurance?

We have several patients that seek care without having active insurance. It is not necessary to have insurance to receive care in our office. We will work with you to make care as affordable as possible and create a financial plan built just for you. Ultimately, we are committed to helping you receive the care you need and reach your health goals.

Auto Accidents/Personal Injuries

If you have been in an auto accident, hurt on the job, or involved in another type of accident we are able to coordinate your care with the appropriate insurance company as well as co-manage your care with other health care providers and any attorneys. Our office staff will be able to guide you through the process of understanding all of your rights and coverage if you have been involved in any of these types of accidents. Please let us know the type of accident you have been involved in and have the insurance carrier information ready when you call to schedule your first visit. This way, we will be able to have the proper paperwork and information ready for you when you arrive.
