Yoga Classes

YogiYoga has been shown to reduce stress, improve flexibility and mobility, increase muscle tone, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and help align the mind, body, and spirit.


All of our Yoga Classes, are taught by Jenn.   Jenn brings over 11 years of yoga experience to Jester Family Chiropractic. Offering rehabilitative exercise therapy to complement our patient’s care, she is involved in helping patients get the most out of their corrective chiropractic program. Jenn’s approach to yoga specializes in a blend of different styles geared to all levels, and her care and attention to each patient’s specific needs is truly remarkable.

In addition to those looking to utilize yoga for it’s traditional benefits, Jenn has extensive experience working with participants dealing with acute stress, trauma survivors, those working through depression, those in recovery from addiction, people recovering from PTSD, individuals who struggle with anxiety or panic attacks, and those suffering with autoimmune diseases.  Jenn has been trained as a Classical, Vinyassa, Yin, and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher with over 800 hours of training. She also studies Anatomy as it applies to Yoga and the Mind/Body connection.

Class Schedule:

Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 7:30-8:30 pm.  Preregistration is requested as space is limited. First time participants can try a class for $10.  Regular class rates are $15/class and as low as $12/class when purchased as part of a multi-class package.

Class Descriptions:

Every Yoga class we offer is 1-hour and suitable for All Levels! We show modifications in each class and encourage the student to always listen to their body and adjust as needed.

Tuesdays 7:30pm:
Yoga Blend: Flow, deep postures, meditation… this class has it all!
Enjoy a gentle blend of flow series and stationary postures. Equally increase your flexibility, strength and balance with a wide variety of poses and sequences.

Thursdays 7:30pm:
Relax & Restore Yoga: Wind down and relax with us! A slow paced class that focuses on deep poses, breathing techniques and meditation. Ease your mind, reduce stress and rejuvenate your body.

Saturdays 9am: (Every other Sat)
Good Morning Yoga: Wake-up and start your weekend off right! An energizing morning class that focuses on sun salutations and flowing sequences to sky rocket your energy and set a positive frame of mind.
